These may include: (a) registering for an account on our Site; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services on our Site. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED.  We stand behind all our products and your satisfaction is our goal!  Our customers love their Zoom Scooters. But If you don't like your scooter for any reason, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it.  You just need to pack it in the original package and pay for the shipping cost.   Very simple!    Usual logistics time is about 1-3 weeks on average depending on your location and transportation situation; time may fluctuate depending on current logistic and health situation.  The shipping companies will call you ahead of delivery to arrange an appointment.  After 7 days of receipt of scooters , scooters cannot be returned or refunded for any reason; but we will of course take care of parts and repairs that are covered by our warranty.   Some accessories may be shipped separately from the scooter.  Due to high volume of orders and shipments, your color choice may not be guaranteed, but we will will do our best to match it.  Please contact us for a backup color if needed.  

Please make sure important safety equipment such as the brake system and light system work properly before riding every time.  Avoid riding up steep hills and in very wet conditions! Riding up hills will naturally affect the range.  Do not modify scooter or add or delete parts; doing so will void warranty. 

 

Before buying and using this product, please check and follow local regulations for possible requirements for license, registration, and insurance.  The buyer is responsible for all needed registration fees and sales taxes.  “YOUR INSURANCE POLICIES MAY NOT PROVIDE COVERAGE FOR ACCIDENTS INVOLVING THE USE OF THIS SCOOTER. TO DETERMINE IF COVERAGE IS PROVIDED YOU SHOULD CONTACT YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY OR AGENT.”   Buyers are responsible for local taxes and fees, etc.  Thank you and ride safely!

 

We offer a one year warranty on batteries and two year warranty on the motor and motor controller.  Other parts are covered by a 6 month warranty. Parts covered by warranty will be sent to customers free of charge.  Labor will be provided by the customers so we can keep our price very low.  We can also arrange mobile mechanics at reasonable rates.  However, most repairs are very simple with common DIY skills and simple tools.  And we will provide free lifetime phone or video technical support for most repairs.  

By purchasing this product, the buyer agrees that the manufacturer or re-seller is not liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage due directly or indirectly to the use of this product.  Some parts are imported.  There may be slight variations on body panels and rims due to frequent updates.
